Editor(s): Paulo Batista, Lucilla Alfonsi, Luis Vieira, João Monico, and Christoph Jacobi
The main goal of this special issue is to publish papers presented during the joint VIII Brazilian Symposium on Space Geophysics and Aeronomy & VIII Symposium on Physics and Astronomy event that was held virtually in March 2021, Brazil. However, contributions from authors who did not present their papers at the symposium and from different parts of the world are strongly encouraged and welcome.
